Barb’s Story
Barb dreamed of owning her own restaurant that would be a place for friends and family to meet and share a good meal. This began when she first got into the business working at a seafood café in south Minneapolis. During her career she’s served a lot of people, but her favorite thing is breakfast and serving it up downtown Minneapolis.

While fresh ingredients are the building blocks for great food, Barb realized early on that it’s not just the food that makes a memorable meal but the entire dining experience. Barb’s philosophy is to make or bake whatever the customer needs and to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere where guests can enjoy it. A place that inspires good conversations and memorable moments with your family, friends, or people you’ve just met.
